NHS URGENT MENTAL HEALTH CARE - 24-hour advice and support

SAMARITANS - Call 116 123

"Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide throughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, often through its telephone helpline."

MIND CHARITY - 0300 123 3393 

They "provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem."

"Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope."

"Offers emotional support and information/literature on Mental Health and related matters to the people of Wales."

Call SANELINE on 0300 304 7000 (4.30pm–10.30pm every day).

"SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers."


"National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is a helpline offering a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide."
