A 40 minute one-to-one online session on how to create and develop a positive approach to food.

Learn how to approach meal times, what to do when your child won't eat the food you put in front of them and learn how mindfulness can keep the whole family calm and bring foods back onto the menu.

This session looks at eating all the way from introducing foods during weaning right up to dinner time with teens.
