An online session learning how to develop and use your own mindfulness practice to support your parenting choices and responses.
Learn how to practice and apply mindfulness to parenting and how to respond to your child's emotions and effectively model self-regulation.
What will I learn in this session?
Develop an understanding of what mindfulness is
Introduction to mindfulness practices
Explore how mindfulness can help you become less reactive
Discuss ways in which you can use mindfulness to continue to reflect upon and develop your parenting skills
