This foundation offer some amazing courses if you want to learn mindfulness. "They will guide you all the way from introducing mindfulness through to mindfulness becoming a part of everyday life."
They also offer some excellent teacher training if you want to teach mindfulness too.
RESOLVE TO PLAY
Providing opportunities for children to play is a vital part of our role as parents and teachers to facilitate and develop a child's mindful learning journey.
